A safer, more efficient alternative to traditional pile cap breakback

The Edlietech dual ring system is installed onto the pile cage before the pour. Manufactured from recycled plastic that does not bond to the concrete, it creates a cold joint above the reinforcement cage at pile cut-off level.

Patented fins create controlled weak points in the concrete, allowing the pile head to break out in sections. This helps reduce the need for extensive manual trimming and supports a faster, safer breakback process.
